Similar to an emergency service across all trades, you call us when there’s a problem, like a burst pipe, a power outrage or storm damage, and we’ll make you our priority. We provide 24/7 support and access to our highly skilled tradespeople and technicians and will respond immediately with guaranteed quality and regular updates.

We are happy to respond and assist you even if there is no fixed contract in place.

How we do it

As soon as we get your call it becomes a priority work request (confirmed by email).

Depending on the nature of the emergency, we’ll allocate a technician or a team and then let you know when to expect them onsite.

Technicians will go to your location and complete the work as quickly as possible.

If any further remedial works are needed, we’ll talk to you and discuss estimated costs.

Once we’ve finished fixing everything, we’ll email you a comprehensive report with before and after photographs. We’ll also advise you if we have any further recommendations.
