Clearspace uses Phasor for the full range of Planned Preventive Maintenance services across all our serviced office buildings in Dublin. Recently, we partnered with Phasor on a sustainability project to better manage our electricity consumption and to improve our overall ESG and Carbon footprint.
Phasor installed AI-powered smart meters, which allowed us to identify exactly which systems were consuming power and at what times. Following this, a smart controls system was introduced to manage our heating, cooling, lighting, and general power systems—ensuring that nothing runs unnecessarily overnight or during weekends.
The results have been impressive: a significant reduction in carbon emissions and a considerable saving on our electricity costs. Phasor’s ongoing weekly reports give us clear visibility of our energy consumption, helping us stay in control and continuously improve. Importantly, we can also share this information with our customers, supporting them on their journey towards net zero carbon which is a key criteria for businesses.”
