Planned Preventive Maintenance
Also called scheduled maintenance, a Phasor PPM contract will give you complete peace of mind.
By keeping an eye on everything with expert and experienced maintenance teams, we can keep your property, building, grounds and equipment running as it should. Scheduled visits like these mean that if an issue arises, we can make you aware of it and this will reduce the risk of any unexpected and costly equipment failure and repair. You’ll have a dedicated account manager who you can contact at any time and after each visit, we’ll give you a detailed report.
Our expert regular and routine maintenance can help you meet any statutory requirements in regard to maintenance and health and safety. If you have set optimal parameters, we’ll make sure your property and assets are operating within them. Where we need to bring in specialist expertise, we have a small panel of experts that we trust time and time again.

How we do it
Following a site visit and a full briefing, the Phasor team will bring all of our experience to bear and work closely with you and your business to identify which services you need. Then we can put together a tailored maintenance plan that suits you and your property best.
Our customer service planner will advise on the level of inspection you will need in order to fulfil the statutory requirements and any other services that will help you to save costs in the long term.
Next, we will work with you to establish how many visits are required for each service and propose a schedule that ticks all the boxes.
We will look after the smooth running of each service and will check in with you in advance of each visit to ensure that a premises visit will not disturb you or your staff.
Finally, we will email you a detailed report and advise you if we have any recommendations.
