Balcony repairs carried out at College Gate. This included:

• removed balcony slabs and gravel
• Removed DPC membrane
• cleaned and dried the area
• sealed all the cracks with waterproof flexi seal
• applied primer
• painted with waterproof protector applied sealant
• installed new led
• reinstalled plastic membrane
• reinstalled the slabs
• installation of new drain pipes to remove excess water from balcony
