Renovation works carried out at 4 Temple Place Ranelagh. This included 

• A relocation of the kitchen from its existing space. 
• The generation of the space from a 1 bedroom upstairs to a 2 bedroom space. 
• Full upgrade and re-wiring of the electricals. 
• New upgrade and installation of a heating system with new radiators and TRV valves.  
• New floors were fitted with a mix of carpet and timber flooring. 
• A full re-decoration of the entire space. 
• New appliances and furniture were also installed.
