Finance Manager - Facilities Management Dublin 15

If you’re the Finance Manager we’re looking for you’ll be:

  • Commercially savvy with a track record in producing high quality invoicing.
  • Have experience in dealing with Suppliers and Contractors with an ability to form good relationships with both.
  • An excellent planner and communicator with the ability to present detailed information in a clear and accurate format.
  • A responsible, respectful, reliable, hard-working team player
  • Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focussed
  • Experienced for at least 5 years with a track record in working in finance.

Experience counts, but most of all you’ve got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do. You will only accept the best performance from yourself. The main purpose of this role is to manage the finance team and report back the key metrics to Managing Director & Company Accountant through the forum of the weekly Operations / Accounts meeting.
The key metrics cover invoicing out / credit control / reconciliation & payment of creditors / reconciliation of bank. Analysis of profitability for Phasor employees and sub-contractors is also a major part of the job. Finally ensuring all information is available for the company accountant in order to produce the company audited accounts in a timely manner. You need to be able to motivate your team using a hands on positive management style in order to maintain and enhance our culture of excellence.
